Your Internet job market appears on an external website visible to IT candidates, so the candidates can view open job positions.
You can export your job data on the Internet in one of three ways:
1. Generate a standard website using a predefined template
2. Generate an individual website using a customized template
3. Generate XML data, which you can save to a preferred location on your hard drive
NOTE: Before you can update your Internet job market for the first time, your system administrator must select and modify one of the above templates you will use.
You can update your Internet job market by using one or more of the following:
TIP: When adding or editing a position, click the Internet job market box in the Project description tab in the positions dialog box to make the position available to update in the Internet job market.
Use this function to update your available IT positions on the Internet.
1. Switch to the Positions module by clicking the Positions tab.
2. In the toolbar, click Internet job market.

NOTE:
If you are asked for your username and password after clicking
Internet job market, follow the steps for Upload
data via FTP.
3. In the dialog box, select the open positions you want posted on the Internet, and select how the position should be uploaded from one or more of the following:
Generate sites
Use this option to copy Internet job market data and store in the local folder on your hard drive labeled, Internet.
Internet upload via FTP
Use this option to copy and transfer data stored in the Internet folder to the FTP server.
NOTE:
In order to perform this action, you must supply your username and password.
Copy only generated files
Use this option to only copy data saved after the last update.
TIP:
If you are updating the Internet job market for the first time, select Copy
only generated files for all data to transfer.

4. Click Start to update the Internet job market
Use this function to copy and transfer data stored in the Internet folder on your hard drive to the FTP server. With this function, you can transfer your job data to one computer from another using your network connection
NOTE:
Before starting the Internet Upload via FTP, ask your system
administrator to perform all necessary system configurations.
1. Switch to the Positions module by clicking the Positions tab.
2. In the toolbar, click Internet job market.

3. In the dialog box, enter your username and password that your system administrator configured.

CAUTION: If you choose to save your password, the saved passwoord is encrypted and saved to a local file. Storing passwords may present security risks.
4. Click OK.
5. After the desired action is performed, click Done in the dialog box.
With the XML Export function, you can generate data for all open positions and offers in XML format. You can save the data in a local folder on your hard drive.
For example: After exporting job data in XML format, you can send the data via e-mail to another company who can import the job data to their internal database.
1. Switch to the Positions module by clicking the Positions tab.
2. In the toolbar, click Internet job market.

3. In the dialog box, click XML-Export.

4. In the new dialog box, choose a location on your hard drive and enter a file name.

5. Click Save to save the data to your specified location.
